Today's Workforce Awareness Industry Forum was a productive, insightful discussion between the industry and education. So many gaps were identified as well as best practices. I appreciate the opportunity to network and connect so we can keep moving the pipeline needle. I'm looking forward to future engagements. The 23rd Annual OCA Estimating Competition is underway with 10 Universities all across Ohio. After weeks of preparation, 8 hours of work on the project yesterday, teams started making their presentations to the judges this morning at 7:00am. Real life project getting them ready to put their classroom learning to the test. Thank you to all the OCA member company volunteers that coach, advise, judge and sponsor the event.
